All symposium attendees are encouraged to submit an abstract for poster presentation.
The poster session will be held during a wine & cheese reception on Thursday afternoon,
February 1, 2007, and topics will cover all areas within the scope of the symposium.
Accepted posters will be displayed following the symposium sessions, with ample
time for viewing and discussion. We ask that posters are left on display throughout
Saturday morning for viewing at participants’ leisure.
Authors of the most interesting abstracts, as deemed by the co-chairpersons, may
be asked to give a 10-minute oral presentation of their poster during the plenary
session.
To submit a poster, please follow the instructions below:
- Enter the appropriate information into the fields below
- Utilize the browse
button below to attach a brief abstract of the proposed research as follows:
- One page in length
- Double spaced
- Times New Roman 12-point font

- Graphs, figures, and tables may be included
- Individuals are welcome to submit multiple poster applications
- Data that
has been presented elsewhere and does not preempt presentations at other meetings
will be considered
- Accepted abstracts and/or posters will be distributed on
CD-ROM or pen drive to all symposium attendees
- If you submit an abstract you
are still responsible for registering for the program
- Trainees submitting posters
will be required to provide information about their departmental chair so that trainee
status can be verified
